Domain Registration Agreement
The terms for domain names you register and renew through VibingView: ownership, contact data, renewals, expiry, transfers and disputes.

1. Scope
This agreement applies when you search for, register, renew or manage a domain name through VibingView. It forms part of the Terms of Service. VibingView, operated by Omar Konbor, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) established at 17 bis Hay Essalam, 24000 Casablanca, Morocco, resells domain registrations: each domain is registered through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner with the registry that operates its extension (for example .com).
The registrar partner’s own registration agreement also applies to every domain. We provide a copy on request: email support@vibingview.com. Registry policies for each extension apply as well.
2. Ownership and registrant details
Each domain is registered in the name of the registrant (owner) you enter in the dashboard, not in VibingView’s name. You must give accurate, complete and current details (name, optional organisation, email, phone and postal address) and keep them up to date for as long as you hold the domain. Registering a domain for someone else means you confirm you are allowed to act for them.
ICANN requires the registrant email address to be verified. After you save your details, our registrar partner sends a verification email; please confirm it promptly. A domain whose registrant details are not verified, are false, or are not corrected when asked may be suspended or cancelled under ICANN rules, without refund.
Your registrant details are shared with the registrar partner and the registry, and can appear in registration data services subject to privacy rules, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Ordering and payment
Prices are shown in euros per year before you confirm. Registrations are available for 1, 2 or 3 years and are paid from your wallet at confirmation. A domain is yours only when its registration has completed; until then it shows as registering. If the registration is declined, the full amount is returned to your wallet automatically.
Completed registrations and renewals are non-refundable, as set out in the Refund & Billing Policy. Premium-priced domains are not offered.
4. Renewal, expiry and redemption
Domains do not renew themselves at the registry. With auto-renew on (the default), we renew for one year about 30 days before the expiry date if your wallet balance covers the renewal price shown in the dashboard. You can switch auto-renew off or renew manually at any time with “Renew now”.
We email reminders 30, 7 and 1 day before expiry when a domain has not been renewed, and we tell you if an automatic renewal could not be paid. It is your responsibility to keep enough credit or renew in time.
After expiry a domain stops resolving. Most extensions then have a grace period in which it can still be renewed, followed by a redemption period in which it can only be restored at a higher registry fee (on request to support@vibingview.com), after which it is deleted and may be registered by anyone. These periods vary by extension and are not guaranteed.
5. DNS and connecting to your apps
Domains use DNS managed by VibingView. “Connect to app” creates address records that point the domain (and www, when your app has room for it) at your workspace, and attaches it to that app. HTTPS becomes active only after the certificate is issued, which can take a few minutes after DNS propagates. Disconnecting removes the records we created.
6. Transfers out
Domains are locked against transfer by default. You can move a domain to another registrar: email support@vibingview.com from your account’s email address and we will unlock it and give you its authorization (EPP) code. Registry rules can block transfers, for example within 60 days of registration or of a registrant change.
7. Disputes and acceptable use
Domain names are subject to the ICANN Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and comparable registry policies. If a valid decision orders a domain transferred or cancelled, it will be carried out. Do not register names that infringe someone else’s trademark or other rights. Domains are also covered by the Acceptable Use Policy; a domain used for abuse such as phishing or malware can be suspended.
8. Registrant rights and ICANN resources
ICANN publishes information about your rights and responsibilities as a registrant:
