How billing works
Add money to your wallet by card or crypto, then pay each workspace for 1, 6 or 12 months. Renewals are paid from the wallet. If it is empty, the server is paused for 28 days, never deleted on the spot.
What is included
Automatic HTTPS, free addresses, up to three custom domains per app, managed PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis and MongoDB, build caching, rollbacks, the CLI and the MCP connector. Nothing is billed per use.
Cancel at any time
When you cancel a workspace, the unused part of the paid period goes back to your wallet as credit once the server is deleted. Upgrades show their exact price before you confirm and are refunded if they do not happen.
Billing questions
How does billing work?
You add money to a wallet in euros, by card or crypto. Each workspace is paid up front for its period (1, 6 or 12 months) and renews from the wallet. Each plan has a fixed price: no pay-per-use computing, no extra bandwidth charges and no surprise bills.
What happens if my wallet is empty when it is time to renew?
The workspace is switched off for 28 days instead of being deleted, so you can recover it. Top up and restore it from the dashboard. After 28 days without payment, the server is deleted.
Can I move to a bigger server later?
Yes. Ask for a bigger plan from the workspace page. There is no automatic resize: support confirms the move and the price before anything is charged.
